Group classes

TLC Physio offer a variety of group classes aimed at restoring your mobility and helping you achieve your goals. Our classes are small in size- max 6 per class- which means you won’t get lost in the crowd. Brianna, our Exercise Physiologist, will provide you with the most specific exercises for your rehabilitation needs with like-minded people who are recovering from similar injuries to you.
