Over 60’s Strength and Balance
Our Over 60’s Strength and Balance classes are a great place to start if you are new to exercise or wanting to add variety into your weekly exercise routine. The class involves 45 minutes of circuit-based aerobic and resistance exercises, followed by 15 minutes of stretching to keep you mobile, strong and balanced as you age. These are led by our Exercise Physiologist and are small in size so that your needs can be tailored for.
The classes are currently held on Mondays and Thursdays at 10:00am.
