Clinical Pilates uses a Pilates reformer to teach controlled movement, breathing awareness and correct body alignment during varied, low-impact but functional exercises. It is an effective way to recover from injuries, pain or during and after pregnancy. The Pilates classes here at TLC Physio are ran by qualified Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists.
