Clinical-based pilates uses a reformer machine to teach controlled movement, breathing awareness and correct body alignment during varied, low-impact but functional exercises. It is an extremely effective way to recover from injuries, pain or during and after pregnancy.
The pilates classes (named Reformer Long and Strong) here at TLC Physio are ran by qualified Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists who can tailor the exercises to your need. We offer a variety of options including individual 1:1 Clinical Pilates sessions, as well as a range of small group classes which have been created to ensure you meet your goals.
