Clinical pilates

Right now is the right time to start Pilates! Clinical Pilates uses a Pilates reformer to teach controlled movement, breathing awareness and correct body alignment during varied, low-impact but functional exercises.

TLC Physio offer a variety of group classes aimed at restoring your mobility and helping you achieve your goals. Our classes are small in size- max 6 per class- which means you won’t get lost in the crowd.

Meet our team

Melissa is our highly sought-after physiotherapist here at TLC Physio. Melissa graduated from Monash University in 2010. Having always worked in private practice physiotherapy, Melissa has a wealth of experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, including back & neck pain, pre and post surgical rehabilitation, and work-based injury assessment and treatment. She utilises a wide range of evidence-based techniques to gain the best results for every individual patient, and is trained in dry needling, clinical pilates (great for core strengthening in back pain sufferers) and real-time ultrasound (assessment of the pelvic floor via ultrasound imaging).

Melissa has a great way of educating people about their injuries, and is passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for every individual client.
