ABOUT TENDON LOVING CARE
At TLC Physio we combine the personal with the professional. Whether your goal is to return to work, get back on the sports field quicker, or simply be pain free for your upcoming holiday, we strive to get you there.
We understand that you are an individual with your own specific goals and dreams. With this philosophy in mind we aim to address both your physical and mental wellbeing by identifying any barriers that are limiting your options for achieving a balanced lifestyle.
We are dedicated to providing you with clinical excellence and quality care in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Pilates and Massage from a team you can trust.
Right now is the right time to start Pilates! Clinical Pilates uses a Pilates reformer to teach controlled movement, breathing awareness and correct body alignment during varied, low-impact but functional exercises.
TLC Physio offer a variety of group classes aimed at restoring your mobility and helping you achieve your goals. Our classes are small in size- max 6 per class- which means you won’t get lost in the crowd.
